Offered here is a very nice 2002 Daimler 4.0 V8.
Finished in British Racing Green the is in very good condition and presents beautifully. A really tidy example of a pretty rare car these days!
The bodywork is very good throughout and still looks impressive even at 20 years old. No sign of any major rust/damage or any unsightly areas or marks the car still looks sharp and smart. Only some very slight age related wear that is to be expected on a car of this age.
Inside the car is also very good. and is a lovely place to be. The leather seats are all in good condition with no major wear at all. Even the driver's seat is in good condition with no tears/holes or major damage. The wood work is all in good condition including the rear picnic tables.
The car wears its original Daimler 'Solar' alloys that are in great condition and all shod with quality tyres with excellent tread.
On the road the car performs faultlessly, despite its 162000 miles but it is clear from the excellent service history and the wad of receipts/invoices that the car has clearly been very well maintained through its lifetime. The Daimler starts on the button, has bundles of power from the excellent 4.0 V8 and is effortless to drive thanks to the smooth changing auto ‘box and the legendary XJ/Daimler suspension which is free from any undue noises and offering a sublime ride. In my opinion as good if not better than a Rolls Royce from the same era?
The car has an excellent specification including, electric windows, electric mirrors, electric seat adjust, front and rear heated seats, sunroof, 6 CD changer, original Daimler/Harmon Kardon stereo etc etc.
This classic Daimler presents really well and is sure to appreciate as time moves on and cars like this become rarer. A lovely old car, that will be supplied with a full MOT a full detail valet and ready for a new owner to enjoy.
Supplies with all original service/book pack/2 keys/original tool kit etc. I'm sure any prospective new owner would be delighted with this car.
